Why is it so hard to find work in this economy? And what can you do about it? Come meet Sharon Rich, founder of Leadership Incorporated and creator of the Layoff Bounceback approach. Sharon will give you a clear understanding of some hidden challenges involved in landing a job — and a roadmap for a positive alternate path to finding work that has helped other jobseekers to take a step up in their careers even in this challenging job market.

About Sharon

Sharon Rich has been working with leaders and organizations in transition since 2005. Her client list includes Hewlett Packard, Dreamworks SKG, The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, Spot Runner, and executives at CB Richard Ellis, to name just a few. Prior to that, Sharon spent 25 years in corporate America, as a writer, Group Creative Director and Creative Director in nationally-known advertising agencies. Sharon is accredited by and an active member of the International Coach Federation. She is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst. And she serves on the faculty of Coach, Inc. and the American Jewish University.
